Bodiam's team is comprised entirely of experienced ex forces recruitment professionals who have a highly developed network of industry contacts. The directors have over 38 years recruitment experience working within the industry and we are experienced in Internal Recruitment, Engineering, Technical, IT Recruitment and Human Resources Recruitment. They have each served within HM forces for a minimum of 8 years and have all made the smae transition into civilian careers making them ideally placed to understand the processes involved. 

We have grown and managed, successful recruitment teams in both the UK and abroad.  The team also has expertise in designing and conducting assessment days, transition packages for ex-forces to manage the often tricky migration into civilian life. We have established ex-forces professionals who understand the process and can reassure candidates and guide them throughout this often traumatic transition process.
